How not to waste your money on famous brand shoes

Famous brand shoes, that’s an expression that in many people’s minds creates an immediate image of wealth rare to be touched at. That is often correct, many Famous brand shoes

Funny to say, but after checking tens and hundreds of shoes of all kinds and interviewing fifty five of my friends, I can say almost for sure that usually there is no difference between the fancy famous brands to the rest. The difference is of another type and comes from the millions of dollars that were invested in creating a brand, including metaphors that are burned into our minds through the media so it will sell better. Well, in a second thought, I’m not sure it’s funny.

So you bought these pair of shoes, it cost so much, but everybody have it…so you bought it, but now you look at the mirror and it just don’t feet you. How come? You know, better have a shoe that is not so does not show up so cleverly on the T.V screen than have this special brand, that suits others but not you, so maybe just quietly look before you buy, that the shape, color and size fit you.

And what is it that you need?

Are you sportive or do you move just when you need? Are you tall or short? What age are you at? These factors will pretty much dictate the shoes you will buy, so see to it that those famous brand shoes you are about to buy fits you like a glove. If you walk a lot see that you have strong durable rubber sole. If you stand a lot, like my wife’s who is a school teacher and stand for many hours, choose the right Nike, New balance or Adidas standing or walking, but not running shoes.

In short, while considering what will be your next shoes, consider the various parameters of your needs and have a clever buy.

My Umbria fun tour with Michelle k shoes

It’s a simple short story about my wife’s first Michelle k shoes, a story I like to tell because of the quite pleasant beautiful and warm stay I then had with my wife and friends. The time was the spring of 2002, and we went for two months vacation in Umbria, Italy. This is a vacation we intended to have as a honeymoon since our marriage on December 2000, and it took us sixteen month to get to. We had long preparation for that travel. Not that it was so important but we enjoyed having these preparations and already feel the travel’s atmosphere from within.

Of course that when you let things be carried away for too long they start to fall apart, so it happened to a beautiful pair of shoes of a very famous brand my wife bought. 20 hours before the flight It suddenly lost its sole. It was rainy day so we wouldn’t get out of the house. Instead, my wife Kathleen just called an online shop where she saw Michelle k shoes a week before. She also couldn’t explain exactly why, but she remembered a certain pair of shoes from there and would you believe that, It was really amazing! 5 hours after she took out her credit card and paid on line, she got those shoes at our door by a special messenger without extra cost!

That was a symbol for a great journey. I can say that from there on all went just smooth, the long flight, the 3 days we were at Rome, walking through every major site, enjoying all the places we could see only in pictures. Most of all I liked the Sistine Chapel
in the Vatican, with God pointing at Adam. Awesome!

Afterwards we went to Umbria where we had a beautiful churches tour, looking for ancient drawings and rose windows all over. From there we also went to a couple of missions in the south: Naples and Ischia, and then we had few nights in Florence and back to Rome.

Yes, it was really great, and what make me laugh a lot is that deep inside I knew it will be successful only after our short successful adventure with my wife’s Michelle k shoes.
