TV commercials for Shape Ups from Skechers always meant nothing to me. Like many other commercials.
Those skechers sneakers seemed to me too good to be true, and since I had no need for them I forgot all about it as soon as it was gone from the screen in favor of other commercial or program.
It began a year ago while walking in a school’s yard I twisted my ankle and went straight to a physician. As he consulted me I had to rest for a day without doing any standing or walking.
After a day I started walking a little with an elastic bandage around my left twisted ankle.
So, I tried, really tried. It is a painful memory. I tried to do it with my regular sneakers but it was impossible, so I tried with sandals and the foot was too free without any support beside the elastic bandage to hold it in place. Pain again.
I tried to think of a solution and that day, watching the TV I saw that name- skechers – and It connected me to my wish to soon stand and walk regularly again, otherwise I could miss too many days at school. I’m a math teacher so every day I stand for many hours.
I went to the shop and the seller kindly assisted me putting the shoes on. I can’t say there was no pain, after all it was the 4th day after the incident, but it was possible for me to put the foot on the ground and make it bear some body weight.
6 months later I can say finally I got a little ‘addicted’ to those skechers sneakers. I do much more walking, my body posture is more upright, my legs hurt less than ever though I stand hours by the board, and I lost some pounds. This in turn pushes me to start the diet I want to have for years but never dared to start, being afraid of frustration. And now, after this incentive I accidently got, I can start it and lose some more pounds.
Evening wear shoes

It all happened when my sixty three years old mom came to me one day and said she want me to help her select and buy new evening wear shoes for a party she meant to go to the next month. After we spoke a little I took her to the computer and we started watching evening wear shoes on eBay and in other websites.bit by bit, although I got more enthusiastic, I saw her giving up the idea. Of course I asked myself what was wrong and bit by bit I understood that as a woman from the old generation, she just afraid of the internet and of buying online. So, in case you get t a similar issue with your mom, these are the main things we talked about:

I answered that shoes are regularly new, unless otherwise noted, and that in eBay is a good place to find every pair of shoes you possibly dream of. Of course, you can actually see it clearly, as most big traders shoes pictures are professionally photographed.
- Next question was is it possible to make an exchange for a different size?
The answer is of course absolutely positive. To make sure, we looked at one big eBay shop’s policy statement and it said they want their clients to enjoy purchase and are happy to assist them in returning all unworn items for a refund or towards any other item on their list.
- As for the question if they have the item in another style, size, or color, there was a link in which we could see the other plenty sizes, styles and colors. There were so many.
- Her further questions regarded payment options, ordering issues, and duties and customs fees, a subject I wasn’t aware of and found to be well taken care of.
Well, that’s the story with my mom. I hope for you it is easier with yours.
Trail running shoes are on sale.

The pediatrician told me that at this stage my son doesn’t need a podiatrist. I trust my pediatrician, and if she says I don’t need to see a podiatrist now, I will defer it for now. She suggested that I buy a shoes called "Naturino". Apparently, it was very effective for some other child with a similar problem. But when I checked it out on the website, I was not happy with the choices available online. I would like to visit a store and try out the shoes on my son before I buy them. Hello there! My boyfriend is size 14 regular 14, but I been browsing on Amazon.com and I found so many shoes, nut none of them refer to just size 14, instead I keep seeing this letter beside each size such as 14D, 14E, 14 W (WIDE I know what this means 
) But how can I know which one of this sizes will fix him if I wan to bought them in Amazon, since here in Puerto Rico is hard to find a men shoe this big.
